What is Block Management?
Block management is the essential service to maintain the grounds and communal areas of an apartment block, or complex. Residents are charged an annual service fee, which is then used for necessary repairs and maintenance. We act on behalf of leaseholders and freeholders, as well as Right to Manage companies.
How do you choose your contractors?
We have a network of Birmingham-based carpenters, electricians, gardeners, cleaners and specialist repair contractors, who keep the properties we manage looking their best. This prevents unnecessary delays and provides cost-effective solutions when work needs to be carried out, whilst guaranteeing a quality service.
How often do you check the site?
Generally, the sites are visited every 3 months or sooner if required. During which we conduct a thorough check of the block identifying any repairs that might be required. As a hands-on property management company, we ensure any work that needs to be done is carried out quickly as possible.
How do you deal with complaints?
If you do need to speak to us about any issues, our goal is to resolve them fully and quickly. We are always ready to help.

Right to Manage (RTM) allows leaseholders to take control of the day-to-day management of their block.
